1. Parties

This Distance Sales Contract ("Contract") is executed between:

• SERVICE PROVIDER / SELLER:

  • Email: registry@veritasistanbul.com

• BUYER / CLIENT:

  • The individual or entity accessing the platform, requesting inspection services, or purchasing assets through the online store at the time of transaction.

2. Subject of the Contract

The subject of this Contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with international trade standards and applicable regulations regarding the online sale of digital authentication reports, physical asset verification services, and brokerage operations provided by Veritas Istanbul.

3. Service & Order Details

• The specific details, nature, price, and payment terms of the services or assets ordered are defined in the order summary and invoice provided to the Buyer at checkout.

• The Buyer accepts and declares that they have read and understood all preliminary information regarding the essential characteristics, total price (inclusive of applicable service charges), and payment details of the service before confirming the order.

4. Service Delivery & Execution

• Digital Services & Inspection Reports: Digital verification documents are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the Buyer or made available via the client portal upon completion of the examination.

• Physical Assets: Physical assets processed through brokerage services are prepared for carrier dispatch following complete physical inspection. Shipment timelines and tracking details are communicated directly to the Buyer.

5. Non-Refundable Inspection Fees & Right of Withdrawal Exceptions

• In accordance with applicable laws governing distance contracts for services rendered instantly in electronic environments or services executed immediately upon consumer request:

  • Authentication and Expert Inspection Fees: Once the physical or technical examination process has commenced or been completed, the right of withdrawal does not apply, and all service fees are strictly non-refundable.

  • Physical Assets & Regulated Goods: Due to strict cross-border regulatory logistics, specialized security clearances, and customs procedures in Türkiye, standard consumer returns and right-of-withdrawal claims on international physical transactions are not accepted.

6. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

For physical deliveries originating from or dispatched through Türkiye:

• The Buyer is solely responsible for all local customs clearance fees, import duties, tariffs, and taxes imposed by the destination country's government or regulatory authorities.

• Refusal to clear customs or pay applicable import duties in the destination country does not constitute grounds for a order cancellation or refund.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any legal dispute arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts and execution offices located in Istanbul, Türkiye.

8. Enforcement

By completing the transaction and placing an order on the platform, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions outlined in this Contract.
